I WANT TO RETURN A BATTLECORE PRODUCT. WHAT'S NEXT?


We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on Battlecore products (subject to terms and conditions) sold through this website as long as products are returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging materials they were shipped in.

*Note: All limited edition and custom products are final sale and non-returnable.

45-Day Return Process:

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

  • The return must be initiated within 45 days of product delivery.
  • To start return, please contact customer service at battlecorellc@gmail.com to make a claim. Make sure to include your Order Number and the Name used in the order after the title "Customer Service" in the subject line.
      • Example: Customer Service, Order #1001, John Doe
  • Within the email, please describe the issue and the reason for the return. Once a team member reviews the email, return instructions will be emailed to you. Please do not send items before instructed.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.
  • The Order Number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
  • Battlecore is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
  • You will be notified once we have received the returned item. At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • If your claim has been approved, you will be issued a replacement item or refund, depending on preference and verdict. Please allow up to 15 business days for the replacement item or refund to arrive to their location. Should they not arrive after 15 business days, contact customer service at battlecorellc@gmail.com to address the concern.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact customer service immediately using the instructions above to start a claim.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
  • The following items are not eligible for returns:
    • Perishable goods (we don't sell those, so don't worry)
    • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
    • Small accessories items (such as Battle spirits cores and certain dice)
    • Sale items (Items sold at a reduced price within the store)
    • Gift cards
    • Hazardous materials (such as 30 day-old cooking and moldy sandwiches)
    • Flammable or explosive items (Like a good rap beat or a ballistic warhead).
